The company is fully committed to the training of senior management, site management, operatives and trainees. This is demonstrated by our Construction Line accreditation.
The Directors of Ford are committed at the highest level to the implementation of Health & Safety. Our Policy is signed and agreed at Board level, the policy identifies key senior personnel charged with overall co-ordination and implementation of the policy. The policy commits Ford to plan, monitor and review health and safety performance to an explicit plan, ensuring a high level of safety at all times. Senior managers are actively involved in implementing the policy, through direct involvement in site set-up and project management.
