Broadway Medical Centre brighter future…
Ford Electrical Ltd win the commercial electrical contract for the new Broadway Medical Centre.
Ford Electrical are very pleased to be working alongside Greswolde Construction Ltd as electrical subcontractor for the new Broadway Medical Centre, servicing Broadway and the local community.
The two-storey medical centre being built on land to the west of Station Road in Broadway is set to replace the existing surgery in the centre of the village.
Plans include five GP consulting rooms, two GP registrar rooms, two treatment and minor surgery rooms as well as various rooms for health care assistants, nurse practitioners and district nurses.
A number of offices and meeting rooms would occupy the first floor.
A new 65-space car park has also been included in the plans and would also have disabled spaces, electric car charging bays and cycle storage as well as an ambulance bay.
Steve Utley, Ford Electrical Operations Manager said,
“We are delighted to be working with Greswolde Construction on a project that will have such a positive impact in serving the local community. We have successfully completed similar NHS projects, such as the office buildings at Wildwood in Worcester and look forward to commencing this project as soon as possible.”
